We provide a five-year warranty on our jewellery and a two-year warranty on our clothing. Our guarantee applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. An item can be repaired or exchanged, the money can be returned or a discount can be given on the price – this depends on the specific situation. Of course, the guarantee does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product. Remember that you must complain in a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect/error.

Refund
When using the right of withdrawal, you will of course receive the amount you paid for the item returned as soon as we have received the item returned in the same condition as when ordering. Repayment is made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our and your guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
Our website is at Simply.com and our secure payment system runs via QuickPay, which acts as our data processor. All data that you provide on our website will be stored in Simply’s and QuickPay’s data centres.

We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act. Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant. We have taken measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Treatment basis and purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to provide you with the services you have requested. In addition, we use the information to optimize and improve our services and content.
We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement. When making payments, some of your data will be passed on to the payment system (QuickPay), including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information. If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to purchase a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Period of storage
We retain information for as long as is permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary or relevant. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to give a fixed time frame for when information is deleted. But the information will normally be deleted 2-5 years after you have received your item, depending on which item was purchased, as we have a 2-5 year warranty on our products. If you have given consent to receive e.g. offers from us per mail, your email address may be stored for a longer period of time.
Insight & rights
You have the right to be informed of which personal data we process about you in a common format (data portability). You also have the right to have your personal data deleted at any time.
